Tooting Lido is one of Britain’s oldest open air swimming pools. It is the largest in England and one of the largest in Europe, with nearly 1 million gallons of water.
Milletts Electrical were awarded the contract for the refurbishment and new distribution network within the Lido, including a new substation, switch room, plant room and external sub mains through-out the property. The project had various challenges due to weather and logistics, however with the correct safe systems of work and a tight collaboration with the main contractor, the project was completed to the usual high standard.
