Milletts Electrical were awarded the contract to install the distribution network at The Paper Yard in Canada Waters. The project involved AWA supplies from the clients substation to the main switch room for the site. The main supply from the sub was in the form of 2 x 630mm single AWA cables per phase, terminating in to a 1600A switch panel. From here, separate supplies were taken to the surrounding buildings including 3 x 240mm multicores in parallel to the labs, as well as the backup generator supplies feeding the ATS.
The termination of the cables was carried out out-of-hours and as always the project ran smoothly with a very happy client upon completion
